Paraloma Park offers 30 paved sites with water and electricity, flush toilets, showers, and a trailer dump station. Natural Features

Paraloma campground is located directly on Millwood Lake with lake views from most of the campsites. The surrounding landscape is flat, low land areas with dense timber. Known as a catfishing "hotspot", Paraloma Park attracts many visitors in the spring and early fall.

Visitors to this area enjoy fishing, duck hunting and relaxing in this peaceful campground. This area affords a great diversity of fish and wildlife habitat. Millwood Lake is one of the top fishing lakes in the country. Some 20,000 acres of submerged timber provide excellent fish habitat for a wide variety of fish including largemouth, white striped and spotted bass, channel and flathead catfish, bluegill, sunfish, buffalo carp, crappie, and drum.

Alligators are present in Millwood Lake. All fish remains must be disposed of outside of park. All pets must be kept on a leash. Off-road vehicles including ATVs, UTVs, and golf carts are not allowed in the park. Showers and dump station are provided for visitors at Paraloma Park. Life Jackets Save Lives! For more information, please call White Cliffs Park at (870) 287-4253 or the MIllwood Lake Project Office at (870) 898-3343. STOP THE SPREAD OF INVASIVE SPECIES. Remove plants, seeds, animals, and mud from boots, gear, pets, and vehicles. Clean your gear before entering and leaving the recreation site. Stay on designated roads and trails, and follow local guidelines for firewood. CLEAN, DRAIN, DRY boats and any other recreational equipment that contacts water.
